So, it seems that everyone that reads this (all two of you) have NO thoughts whatsoever on the previous posts? Alright, here is one more, if you don't comment, I shall assume that we are not going to comment on anything ever again and I will simply just rant about whatever comes to mind.

Your thoughts (Please?)...

I'm not sure how I feel about this article. Not sure what to do with it in my life. Does anyone have any thoughts? Read it here.

On another note, I'm pretty sure I want to read this book. So if anybody has it would you please e-mail me, I'd love to borrow it instead of buy it.

That is it for now. I'm off to DC for the weekend, pre-wedding stuff for a friend of mine. I'm looking forward to the trip, 9 hours on the train. Downtime, although there was a chance that the J-Dawg was going to go with me, but that doesn't look possible. Anyone want to sponsor his trip?

Hopefully there will be some pics from DC forthcoming.
Peace, love, beer!

(I think) I'm helping...

For those of you that use Microsoft IM – Live version 8.1 – you too can help make a difference in the world. How much of a difference, who knows, but every little bit helps, right? So here are a few links for you to do some research and decide for yourself.

Now this brings up an interesting question. I’d be interested in your thoughts. I’ve recently had a conversation with a friend of mine who doesn’t believe that one person can change the world or even make a difference in the world. I have a very hard time with this thought process, I much prefer to look at people like Mother Theresa, Martin Luther, Martin Luther King, Jr., Adolph Hitler, Stalin, Lenin (I didn’t say it had to be a good difference, although I do believe it is easier to get noticed for evil). I think if we aren’t trying to make a difference in the world, in our world and/or in someone else’s, what is the point of being here, what’s the point of being alive. We need to help people to focus on what they need and how they are doing. If we focus simply on ourselves and what we need doesn’t that just drive us into a shell or a cave?

With that asked, I’m helping the Sierra Club, I also bought a Motorola Product (Red) phone, not that either of these make a HUGE difference, but they make a difference.
